For the avoidance of doubt, if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, do not use this Site. You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy, in the case of disagreement with any of these Terms & Conditions, is to immediately cease utilizing the Site.

Notwithstanding anything stated herein, if you cease to utilize this Site, you agree that you are still bound by the Terms & Conditions herein regarding this Site.

No Warranties Regarding Site Security/Other Forums

No Waiver By EZCP

No delay, failure or discontinuance of EZCP in exercising any right, power or remedy under any of these Terms & Conditions, or under any other basis shall affect or operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy preclude, waive or otherwise affect any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy. Any waiver, permit, consent or approval of any kind by EZCP of any breach of or default under any of the Terms & Conditions must be in a signed writing and shall be effective only to the extent set forth in such signed writing.
